Saint Kevin Honors Math Program is a cooperative learning environment where students are encouraged to share ideas. Once admitted, students in the program enjoy small class sizes, and student specific guidance based on individual learning styles.
Grades 4, 5 & 6 are accelerated classes where students involve themselves in the same text and problem solving activities as the typical math classes with increased expectations. Grades 7 and 8 are focused on high school preparedness. Students in seventh and eighth grades engage in advanced math concepts and deviate from the standard seventh and eighth grade curriculum in favor of advanced placement curriculum.
